We have an inviting living room with a balcony, and you can unwind in the tranquility of 3 air-conditioned ensuite bedrooms. The villa also boasts a well-equipped kitchen, a rooftop garden for camping and BBQ, and a refreshing swimming pool. We take pride in providing a delightful escape for our guests, ensuring a memorable stay filled with relaxation and adventure.

A 2 person tent with sleeping bags is available for rent at RM 35 per night. It will be pitched on the rooftop garden.

Cancellations
We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel your reservation, we offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.

The villa is intended to host a maximum of 13 people, we do not allow any additional day trippers or visitors unless it has been discussed and approved by us.

Please ensure all your belongings are taken with you upon leaving the homestay. We are not responsible for taking care of your misplaced items.

This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the homestay.

Please keep toddlers and infants within sight at all times, especially near balconies, windows and stairs.

Please do not wear shoes in the house.

Please DO NOT use the towels and blankets as a floor mat, as a table cloth or for cleaning utensils. The towel is only for the body and the blanket is to keep you warm.

Parking is available on-site. Please use the designated parking areas and not block the driveway or access roads.

Please keep the house reasonably clean and tidy before leaving. Dispose of your trash properly in the designated bins.

Check-in is available from 3 PM, and check-out is by 12 noon.

Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property or its contents during their stay. Please report any accidental damages immediately.
